After a breakfast of champions - doughnuts (!) - we started well resed off to the Chicago Theater, where we wanted to do the Marquee Tour. We should have get up 5 minutes earlier....toooooo late! No problem, there would be another tour at 6 pm. :-)
So we continued to Millenium Park to see the Cloud Gate, which was one of the coolest things that I've ever seen, since it is basically nothing else but a gigantic round-shaped mirro. And everybody knows that I love mirrors! ;-)
Then, we took a long walk to Navi Pier. It was very nice but no competition for Pier 39 in San Francisco! :-)
The one thing, these two places have in common is the restaurant where we had lunch: the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.!
Fresh strengthened we went back to where we started - the Chicago Theater. The tour was absolutely fantastic! The tour guide did a great job in entertaining us and the theater itself is just beautiful! See for yourself...
Since we had walked a lot during the day, we took the train back to the hotel pretty early to be fit for the things we're going to do tomorrow.
